Strangers Rescue a Woman from a River

When an elderly woman fell into the River Taff from a bridge near Cardiff Central Station, two men rushed to her aid and helped a complete stranger.  While the man in the brown shirt declined to be identified, the other man is Peter Brook, a conductor.  The woman was uninjured and alive thanks to her rescuers.
