On November 20, 2004, twenty Harvard Pep Squad Members handed out 1,800 sheets of white and red construction paper according to where Harvard fans were to sit.  It was going to be an amazing show of school spirit -- at the pre-determined signal, the Harvard fans would hold up their colors and the entire crowd would spell out "GO HARVARD!"

There was a problem, though.  Those twenty helpful pep squad members were not Harvard pep squad members.  They weren't pep squad members at all.  They were students from Yale and the message that Harvard displayed was not exactly what they had in mind.

The stunt was conceived and coordinated by Michael Kai and David Aulicino, two Yale students in the Class of 2005.

Harvard, however, got the last laugh as they won the game 35-3.
