A Rare Look Inside of a Nuclear Cooling Tower

So I work at a nuclear plant and we’re currently refueling one of our reactors. This gave me a chance to go into the cooling tower! I needed a panorama to get my coworkers and the top of the tower in one shot.

There’s enough concrete in the cooling tower to create a 5 lane highway 70 miles (112km) long!

Normal conditions.
